Parameswaran Bhaskar has over nine years of professional experience in IT services and recruitment. From 2016 to present, they have served as the Director of India Operations at Rapport IT Services Inc, where they have focused on building relationships with top IT talent in the Twin Cities. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Accounts Manager at Marlabs Inc., where they helped drive digital agility for their clients. From 2015 to 2011, they served as a Senior IT Consultant at Tescra Software Pvt. Ltd., where they handled full cycle recruitment and bench marketing activities. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior IT Consultant and Sourcing Analyst at E-Business International Inc, where they were involved in recruitment and placement of IT professionals and had knowledge and experience in H1 Conversion, H1B Transfer, and Green Card Processing.

Parameswaran Bhaskar completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy between 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the same institution between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in MySQL from Sastra in February 2009 and in C, C+, and Java from Trec Step in March 2008.
