Kathy Wilkinson

Kathy Wilkinson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the biotech and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Rapport Therapeutics since February 2024, Kathy previously held the same title at 2seventy bio from November 2021 to March 2024, where strategic people initiatives were implemented to establish company culture and retention. Prior to 2seventy, Kathy was Chief People Officer at bluebird bio from November 2012 to November 2021, focusing on gene therapy for severe genetic diseases. Additional roles include Director of HR and Operations at Adnexus Therapeutics, Sr HR Director at Codon Devices, HR Director at Aspect Software, and HR Manager at NetManage. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Harvard University.
