MacKenzie Teren

Mackenzie Teren currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Rapport Therapeutics, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held the position of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at 2seventy bio from November 2021 to March 2024, and before that, Mackenzie progressed through various recruitment roles at bluebird bio from January 2017 to November 2021. Mackenzie's earlier experience includes a role as an Educator at lululemon and as an Assistant Winemaker at Merriam Vineyards. In customer service, Mackenzie excelled as a Server/Bartender at The Red Lion Vail. Mackenzie also held leadership roles in recruitment during tenure at the University of New Hampshire Panhellenic Council and the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
