Katie Hees

Katie Hees has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Katie is currently working at RapportWW as the Associate Director of Operations since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Outdoor Media Group (OMG) as an Operations Manager starting from May 2021. Katie also served as an Operations Supervisor at Outdoor Media Group (OMG) from March 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they were an Account Executive at Outdoor Media Alliance (OMA) from February 2014 to February 2019. Katie started their career as a Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group in December 2004 and continued till October 2011. Katie also worked as an Executive Assistant at Malibu Association of Realtors from January 2004 to November 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Realtor at SeaCliff Realty from April 2003 to September 2003.

Katie Hees attended Pepperdine University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
