Rashad Karanouh

Rashad Karanouh's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Rashad is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Rapsodie since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and CPO of BLIKK starting from December 2020. Rashad also worked as a Lecturer at Join Lion from October 2021.

Before their current roles, Rashad was a Cofounder - Product at Hacienda from October 2019 to March 2021. At Hacienda, they helped companies in their tech transition process by building user-centered and data-driven products. Rashad was involved in defining and executing product roadmaps, launching websites and mobile apps, and spreading the data culture among teams.

Prior to Hacienda, Rashad worked at Heetch as a Product Manager. Rashad held the positions of Product Manager for Team Driver Growth from April 2018 to September 2019 and Junior Product Manager for Team Ride from January 2018 to April 2018. Rashad was responsible for rebuilding and managing the teams, as well as improving the ride experience for users.

Rashad also co-founded Airworkie in January 2018, where they aimed to make remote work accessible for teams. Rashad started as a cheap workspace provider and later pivoted into a framework to help teams organize themselves for better productivity.

Additionally, Rashad worked as a Product Manager Freelance at Nextdoor, Pour travailler autrement from September 2017 to December 2017. Rashad was in charge of launching a community platform to facilitate interactions among coworkers.

Earlier in their career, Rashad worked as a Design Thinking Consultant at Schoolab from March 2017 to October 2017. Rashad conducted workshops with corporates to define and test business innovations using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, and Sprint.

Rashad also co-founded and served as CEO of deepdives.io from February 2017 to September 2017. The startup project aimed to help people learn about key tech subjects.

Before their professional career, Rashad worked as a Tutor and Mentor for high school students in mathematics and physics from October 2013 to June 2017.
