Tai Do

Tai Do has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to 2021, Tai Do worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Village School. In 2021, Tai Do moved to Orangetheory Fitness, where they worked as a Fitness Coach. Most recently, in 2023, Tai Do began working as a Business Development Representative at Raptor Technologies, LLC.

Tai Do obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Houston in 2018. In 2020, they received a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in March, and a CPR & AED certification from the American Safety and Health Institute in February.
