Alona Afrimov has extensive experience in technical support and product specialization, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Escalation Team Lead at Rapyd since February 2020, Alona also holds previous positions as a Technical Product Specialist and Technical Support Engineer within the same company.
