Izhar Levy

Izhar Levy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, compliance, and international transactions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Privacy at Rapyd since May 2021, Izhar oversees the global compliance program and manages privacy matters across various business units. Prior to this role, Izhar worked as a Privacy Consultant at PrivacyTeam, specializing in data protection laws and advising tech companies. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Nir Porat and Co., focusing on e-commerce and financial technology transactions, and as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer at Darlingtons, with a focus on corporate transactions. Early in the career, Izhar was a commercial litigator at Afik Turgeman and managed a residential facility for at-risk individuals at Israel Elwyn. Izhar holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of London and a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
