Meital Koren Shandler

Meital Shandler is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product operations and project management. Currently serving as Product Operations Team Lead and Product Operations Manager at Rapyd since April 2021, Meital founded the Product Operations team and oversees key areas such as product delivery management, operations analysis, and tools management. Prior to Rapyd, Meital worked as a Technical Program Manager at WalkMe™, ensuring effective software development and cross-functional coordination. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at BDO Israel, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end project management and process development, and as a BI Designer and Data Analyst at Israel Aerospace Industries. Meital earned a BSc in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and participated in a top-grade science program at Tel Aviv University.
