Sagi Bar-Oz

Sagi Bar-Oz is an experienced technical support and project management professional, currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at Rapyd since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing the technical support group and enhancing employee performance. Prior to this, Sagi held multiple roles at NCR Corporation from April 2014 to July 2023, including APAC Technical Customer Support & Deployment Manager and Technical Project Manager, focusing on successful product delivery and project management. Earlier experience includes working as a Subject Matter Expert at Retalix, Integration Project Leader at IT Match Point, and various positions at Comverse, starting as a QA Testing Engineer and progressing to Deployment Team Lead. Sagi holds an MBA from Netanya Academic College and a B.A. in Business Management with a focus on Project Management from the same institution.
