Sigurður Ingvar Ámundason

Sigurður Ingvar Ámundason is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Rapyd since May 2020. Prior to this role, Sigurður held multiple key positions at Valitor from 2007 to 2020, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of Product Development & Innovation, and Chief Software Architect. Earlier in the career, Sigurður worked as a computer scientist at Maritech from 2006 to 2007. Sigurður holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Reykjavik University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
