Niveesha Hill

Niveesha Hill, MSMOB, currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Tourism Authority and has held the position of Dual Property General Manager for Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites at RAR Hospitality since September 2021. With extensive experience in hotel management, Niveesha has previously managed Carlsbad By The Sea Hotel and Hyatt Place, where responsibilities included staff oversight, financial record maintenance, and sales and marketing efforts. Niveesha's earlier roles also encompass sales and catering management at Hilton Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn, as well as experience in youth counseling. Niveesha holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Springfield.
