Tom Tomczyk

Tom Tomczyk has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with roles ranging from Head of Food Operations to Area Chef. Tom has worked at various companies such as Rare Restaurants, GAUCHO, and Bill's Restaurants, where Tom was responsible for managing back of house teams, stock management, and compliance with statutory legislations. Tomczyk also has a background in training, menu development, and running kitchens at flagship sites. Their education includes attending Catering and Hospitality College in Wisla.
