The board of directors at Rare has a history of social justice and education. The board is made up of individuals with a background in cultural anthropology and a passion for social justice. These individuals have worked with various organizations, such as Hillel International, to promote social justice. They have also attended various schools, such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied cultural anthropology.
