Ursula Leone Haditsch

Ursula Leone Haditsch has extensive experience in the field of scientific research and modeling. Ursula is currently the Director of iPSC Disease Modeling at Rarebase, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cortexyme, where they held various roles including Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist III from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Cortexyme, Ursula worked at StemCells, Inc. as a Scientist II from 2014 to 2015. Ursula also worked at Stanford University School of Medicine as a Senior Scientist from 2011 to 2013, and at the Department of Neurosurgery - Stanford University as a Life Science Research Associate from 2008 to 2011. Ursula's career began as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery - Stanford University, where they worked from 2003 to 2008. Ursula completed their graduate studies as a Graduate Student at ETH Zurich from 1999 to 2003.

Ursula Leone Haditsch completed a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003. Prior to this, they obtained a Masters of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Zurich from 1993 to 1999. Ursula also completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Zurich in 1998.
