Evan Eichstaedt

Evan Eichstaedt serves as the Director of Business Operations at Rarebird, Inc. since May 2022, overseeing strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, and internal operations to facilitate data-driven decision-making for co-founders. Prior to this role, Evan held the position of Independent Advisor, focusing on operations, finance, and strategy while reporting directly to the CEO. Previous experience includes working as an Associate at Searchlight Capital Partners in private equity and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays within the Global Technology Group. Evan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering through the Computer-Based Honors Program at The University of Alabama from 2014 to 2018 and graduated from Randolph School in Huntsville in 2014.
