Atsushi Narimatsu

After working at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, engaged in the establishment of disclosure rules at the listing department of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and then participated in Cookpad. As Executive Officer and CFO, he promoted the construction of a management system and led the listing of the company. Currently, in addition to being involved in business management himself, he supports venture companies from the standpoint of outside officers. Appointed as an outside corporate auditor of the Company in October 2013, and as an outside director (audit and supervisory committee member) in June 2016.
