Gordon V. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gordon joined RareMed Solutions in 2021 as the Vice President of Business Operations, where they oversee teams in Finance, Information Technology, and Marketing to support the patient-facing team. Prior to joining RareMed, Gordon worked in several roles at American Airlines, including Airport Controller Services, Senior Analyst in Financial Analysis, and Financial Analyst in Fleet Planning. Earlier in their career, they served as the President of GreenCare US, LLC, overseeing day-to-day operations and developing environmentally responsible methods for landscape fertility and pest management. Gordon also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at 5Brokerage, assisting in the start-up of an insurance and financial services brokerage. From 2009 to 2012, Gordon was the Chief Operating Officer at Capital Wealth Advisors, Inc., managing the operations and designing investment portfolios. Gordon started their career as a Business Analyst at UPMC in 2008.

Gordon V. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Carnegie Mellon University, completing their studies between 2006 and 2009.
