Masha Boone

Masha Boone is the current Vice President of People at Rarible. Masha has over ten years of experience in recruitment and HR, with a focus on the tech industry.

Boone started their career as an Account Manager at SkillSoft in 2010. Masha then transitioned to Career Evolutions, LLC. as a Lead IT Recruiter & Account Executive in 2013. The following year, they became an HR Administrator/Executive Recruiter at CellTrust Corp.

In 2015, Boone joined Netcracker Technology as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, they managed the end-to-end technical recruitment process for North America and LATAM (Brazil and Mexico centers). Masha also built the Customer Support team in Mexico City, including defining the recruitment strategy for the new market, designing the interview process, and training hiring managers and technical interviewers. Boone remained with Netcracker until 2020, when they joined DefinedCrowd Corp. as a Senior People Partner. Masha held this position until July 2021, when they assumed their current role at Rarible.

Masha Boone's educational career includes a diversity and inclusion for HR certificate from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in finance and general management from the Tolyatti Academy of Management (formerly the International Academy of Business and Banking).
