Lasha Antadze has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lasha is currently working as a Co-Founder at Rarify Labs since September 2021. Prior to this, they joined PAYZE in December 2020 as an Angel Investor - Advisor. In 2018, Lasha founded Shelf.Network, a company specializing in facilitating cross-border vehicle arbitraging through auctioning and providing auction connectivity as a service. The company has received several awards for its innovative blockchain use case. From 2015 to 2017, Lasha worked as a Solutions Architect at Auction 3.0, where they developed the world's first decentralized auctioning system for state property privatization and lease, aiming to reduce corruption and mismanagement risks. Before that, they served as a Project Lead at Gotovo - Kiev Regional Administration from July to December 2015.
Lasha Antadze holds a Bachelor's Degree from Regent's University London, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, Lasha studied at Richmond, The American International University in London, where they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Lasha's education journey started at the American Academy Tbilisi from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their High School Diploma.
