Stan Valles

Stan Valles, M.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Campus Safety & Emergency Management at Raritan Valley Community College since July 2025. Previous positions include Director of School Safety & Security for the South Orange & Maplewood School District and Director of Campus Safety & Emergency Operations at Saint Michael's College. Stan's extensive background in safety and security also encompasses roles such as Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice Teacher with Newark Public Schools and Corrections Counselor at the NH State Prison. Over the years, Stan has held various positions including Director of Campus Safety & Emergency Management at Marlboro College and Police Officer with the Township of Livingston. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Kean University, supplemented by police training certification from the Middlesex County Police Academy.
