Eyad Ismail Cem

Eyad Ismail CEM, LEED GA has over 15 years of experience in the engineering industry. Eyad started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company Ltd in 2004. In 2005, they joined Reliance Electro Mechanical Plumbing Contracting Co., LLC as a Project Manager, where they led the planning and implementation of various projects. In 2010, they moved to Drake & Scull International PJSC as an MEP PM- Infrastructure& District Cooling, responsible for preparing concept designs and proposals for EPC projects in the MENA region. Since 2013, Eyad has been working as the Group Director of Engineering at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Overall, Eyad's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, infrastructure services, and engineering leadership.

Eyad Ismail CEM, LEED GA completed their education at Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermal Power Systems. Eyad has also earned additional certifications including a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2022 and a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2023. Eyad has various other certifications and awards related to project management, arbitration, and leadership.
