Ariana Sunjara

Ariana Šunjara has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ariana started their career as a Student Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from September 2019 to May 2022. In this role, they audited and updated office accounts, managed check requests, and addressed customer concerns.

From January 2021 to June 2021, Ariana worked as a Special Event Coordinator at the International Partnering Institute. During their time there, they adjusted and executed the organization's 12th Annual Award ceremony in a virtual format. Ariana also utilized Mailchimp for designing the marketing campaign and tracking user metrics, as well as worked with outside vendors for branding merchandise.

From September 2021 to May 2022, Ariana served as an Events and Marketing Assistant at Booker Vineyard. In this position, they provided high-quality customer service to diverse clientele, educated them about wine knowledge and product details, and enhanced the winery's social media presence.

In May 2022 to July 2022, Ariana worked as an Event Crew member at The Yacht Week. Ariana'sresponsibilities included managing relationships with international guests, using their bilingual proficiency for decision-making and conflict resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Currently, Ariana holds the position of a Business Development Representative at rasa.io since February 2023. Ariana plays a crucial role in revolutionizing the email newsletter by leveraging AI to recommend personalized content to subscribers and building relationships through smart content curation.
