Muhammed Jimoh

Muhammed Jimoh's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Muhammed started in 2019 as an Asset Development and Management at Addax Petroleum, where they worked as a research assistant and handled data analysis and interpretation tasks. In 2021, they became a Data Scientist at Hamoye.com and demonstrated their expertise in text mining techniques and AI/Machine Learning platforms. In 2022, they joined Sendme.ng as a Software Engineer (Backend) and later took on the role of an AI Software Engineer. At Sendme.ng, they were responsible for implementing an eCommerce chatbot and re-architecting an existing customer support chatbot. In 2022, they also worked as an Open Source Developer at Rasa. In 2023, they joined Decisive Technologies as a Back-End Developer.

Muhammed Jimoh completed their secondary education at Iganmode Grammar School from 2008 to 2014. Muhammed obtained their Secondary School Certificate Examination during this time.

Subsequently, Muhammed enrolled at the University of Ibadan in 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Muhammed has pursued various certifications and courses to enhance their skills in data analysis and engineering. Some of the notable certifications they have obtained include the Data Engineering Zoomcamp from DataTalksClub in May 2023, the Data Visualization Nanodegree from Udacity in April 2023, and the Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity in March 2023.

Muhammed has also acquired certifications in cloud computing, such as Create and Manage Cloud Resources from Google Cloud Skills Boost in December 2022 and Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks in Google Cloud from Google Cloud Skills Boost in December 2022. Furthermore, they completed the AWS Machine Learning Nanodegree from Udacity in October 2022.

Prior to their university education, Muhammed has worked on developing their skills in programming and data analysis. Muhammed has completed courses in Python programming, SQL, Git and version control, data visualization, advanced SQL, Spark and Map-Reduce, and advanced Python programming.
