Joy Niyogi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Joy is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Rasan Information Technology, a FinTech company specializing in the Insurance and Banking Technology sectors in the Gulf Region. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of Digital and SME at IHC - Insurance House Company, where they oversaw SME initiatives and Digital Transformation projects.

Before joining IHC, Joy held the position of Head of Retail Digital/Online Operation and Digital Marketing at Alinma Tokio Marine, a Life & Non-Life Composite JV between Alinma Bank Saudi Arabia and Tokio Marine Group, Japan.
