Rajesh Kurup

Rajesh Kurup has extensive work experience in various HR and management roles. Rajesh currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RASI SEEDS. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Gigforce from December 2021 to February 2023. Rajesh also worked as an Independent Principal Consultant from July 2017 to January 2022. Before that, Rajesh held leadership positions at Global Energy Talent, Cairn Oil and Gas, Enzen Global Solutions, Entertainment Network India Ltd., HT Media Ltd, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., and Nirvana Business Solutions.

Rajesh Kurup has a diverse educational background. Rajesh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from XISS, Ranchi, from 1993 to 1995, specializing in Human Resources. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from Sambalpur University, from 1990 to 1993. Rajesh attended St. Paul's School in Rourkela, Odisha, from 1977 to 1990, where they completed their ISCE (Indian School Certificate Examination).

In addition to their formal education, Rajesh has also obtained certifications in leadership development and understanding unconscious bias. Rajesh completed the "Building a Leadership Development Plan" certification from Skillsoft in June 2023, and the "Understanding Unconscious Bias" certification, also from Skillsoft, in the same month and year. These certifications further showcase Rajesh's commitment to professional growth and development.
