Sandeep Chatrath

Sandeep Chatrath has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as GM of operations and HR at RASI SEEDS since May 2009. In this role, Sandeep is responsible for warehouse and inventory management, infrastructure development, and ensuring compliance with factor and labor laws, as well as overseeing material procurement and capital investments. Prior to this, Sandeep worked at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds from November 1993 to May 2009 as Head of Logistics and Supply Chain, where responsibilities included plant operations, production planning, and ensuring legal compliance while coordinating with sales and production teams.
