He has brought 40+ years of experience in business, supply chain management, materials management, production management, quality management, GMP, ISO, facilities management, NRTL testing-compliance-registration along with federal and import/export compliance. Conrad has brought Rasilient experience and best practices from many different business backgrounds that include medical equipment manufacturing, chemical wafer planarization, explosive detection equipment, automotive, robotics, and telepresence. His experience in these industries has varied from startups to growth-sustained businesses.
