Mario Fanteguzzi

Mario Fanteguzzi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in industrial relations, organizational development, and change management. Currently serving as Direttore Risorse Umane, Organizzazione e Relazioni Esterne at Raspini S.p.A. since October 2014, Mario specializes in human resource management, external relations, and continuous improvement. Previously, Mario operated as an HR Consultant, gaining expertise in headhunting, outplacement, and restructuring. With a foundational role at SKF Group from 1995 to March 2014 as both Industrial Relations Manager and Sustainability Manager, Mario coordinated industrial relations across multiple business units, negotiated national agreements, and managed employee policies and productivity improvements. Mario holds a degree in Scienze Politiche from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Master in diritto sindacale e del lavoro per l’impresa from Unione industriale di Torino.
