Victoria Michelle

Victoria Michelle is a Learning & Development Specialist who has experience working in a variety of industries. Victoria has designed and created training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for their previous employers. Victoria has also delivered training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. In their current role, they are responsible for monitoring and evaluating training programs to ensure they are current and effective. Victoria has also designed development programs and liaised with users to describe company needs. Some of their notable projects include building the competency dictionary based on corporate values and job descriptions from each department, and building the Service Excellence training program for every customer service and customer relations employee.

Victoria Michelle has a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara. Victoria also has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. In addition, they have certification from IMConsulting in Human Resources Professional Development Program.
