If so, as the Marketing Professional for Ratcliff Companies, you will provide the voice and vision of our brand. We have a solid history of successful projects and deep relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for top-notch talent to help articulate our story through designing and writing winning proposals and presentations for projects while also championing our presence across web, social and email channels. While we will provide plenty of direction, you will have freedom to lead and drive our marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for marketing collateral, including proposals, brochures, website content, and social media updates. Tailor content to target different segments and audiences.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Create visually appealing and professional marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online directories. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation activities.
Lead Generation: Develop lead generation strategies with the Relationship Manager to identify and capture potential clients. Coordinate with RM to nurture leads through the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and effective follow-up processes.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing activities, results, and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills:
Minimum (5) five years in Marketing.
Ability to create creative, compelling, and professional visual graphics for all marketing materials.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficient in creative software, including InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and more.
Technical writing skills with experience in proposal development preferred. CMAR experience a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of commercial construction industry trends and practices is a plus.
Experience in graphic design is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Ratcliff Companies has physical offices in Alexandria, & Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as in the DFW area and remote work opportunities will be considered.
