María Fernanda Salas Méndez

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
