Garima Pandey

Garima Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in talent acquisition and customer service. Garima is currently an Associate Director - Global Talent Acquisition at RateGain, where they have held various positions since joining in 2019, including Senior Manager and Manager. Prior to RateGain, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Indiamart Intermesh Limited for nearly seven years. Garima started their career at Vodafone as a Relationship Executive, where they handled customer queries and managed the floor.

Garima Pandey completed their Executive Diploma in HRM from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai in 2017-2018. Prior to this, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HR & Finance from GIMT, Noida in 2007-2009. Garima's education journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from National Degree College, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007.
