Nilima Pradhan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Senior Director - Implementation at RateGain since September 2022. With a strong background in leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale project deliveries, Nilima has demonstrated expertise in ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to RateGain, Nilima held the position of Head of Implementation & Training at Open Destinations, where responsibilities included defining project scopes and collaborating with executive management to meet client needs. Previous roles include Head of Product and Manager - Product & Training at QuadLabs Technologies, along with training positions at Southall Travel and Travelport. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in English from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
