Sahil Sharma

Sahil Sharma is the Vice President- Global Human Capital at RateGain. Prior to joining RateGain, Sahil worked with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as the Senior Manager - Strategic Human Resources (CoE) from July 2012 to June 2016. Sahil has also worked with Serco as the Team Leader - Training from September 2009 to May 2012.

Sahil Sharma has a degree in business economics from Delhi University, and they also have an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Sahil also has a certification in human resource management from Cornell University. Sahil is also certified in organizational development from Middle Earth HR and Thomas International.

Sahil Sharma reports to Harmeet Singh, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Mark Skroch - General Manager, Tanmaya Das - Chief Financial Officer, and Aqeel Ahmed - Chief Operating Officer.
