Saurabh Singh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Saurabh began their career in 2007 as a Front Desk Agent at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where they worked until 2009. Saurabh then became a Reservations Supervisor at the same company from 2009 to 2012. After that, Saurabh worked as a Reservations Executive at The Leela Palaces & Resorts in 2012. In 2013, they joined RateGain as a Relationship Manager for South East Asia and NORAM, where they stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Saurabh worked as a Corporate Deputy Manager - Online Distribution at ITC - CHQ (Fortune Division), where they were responsible for revenue management and distribution for the entire chain. In 2018, they became the Cluster Deputy E-Commerce Manager (UK Hotels) at MGM Muthu Hotels. Currently, Saurabh is working at RateGain as an Associate Director - Customer Success - Americas since 2019, and previously held the position of Manager- Customer Success - Americas.

Saurabh Singh attended T. John College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree in the field of Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Prior to that, they attended Oxford Sr. Sec School.
