Varsha Goyal

Varsha Goyal has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Varsha is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at RateGain. Prior to this, Varsha has worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Ayoconnect, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ciena, and a Global Talent Acquisition Professional at Ericsson. Varsha also served as an Assistant Manager - HR at Pranaam Megastructures, where they were responsible for corporate recruiting and handled various HR activities such as conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, negotiating compensation offers, and managing vendor relationships. Varsha has experience in recruiting for various positions, including J2EE/Java, ERP - SAP, Sales, CRM, Billing, Network Engineers, and Solution Architects.

Varsha Goyal attended St. Mary's Convent School in 2003 and completed their 10th grade. Varsha then went on to Sophia Girls College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Afterward, Varsha attended Amity International Business School from 2009 to 2011, earning a Post Graduate degree in International Business & Human Resource through the MBA program.
