Dr. Sylwia Buszac

Dr. Sylwia Buszac is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance operations and accounting. Currently serving as Head of Finance Operations at Ratepay since October 2022, Dr. Buszac has built and led finance operations teams, streamlined processes, and prepared financial statements in compliance with HGB and IFRS standards. Prior to this role, Dr. Buszac was VP of Finance at expondo, where responsibilities included controlling, accounting, and treasury management, along with preparing budgets and forecasts. Experience also includes heading accounting at MyHammer AG and AUTO1, and serving as Assistant Manager at KPMG. Dr. Buszac holds an education from Freie Universität Berlin.
