Janin Nimtz

Janin Nimtz is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and fraud investigation. Since October 2021, Janin has served as the Team Lead for Fraud Investigation at Ratepay, having previously held the position of Sachbearbeiterin im Consumer Risk. Prior to joining Ratepay, Janin was the Team Lead for Kundenservice at tausendkind GmbH from July 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing a six-member team and overseeing task distributions and feedback evaluations. Janin also has experience in customer service and event management, notably working as a freelance employee at Textbüro Wunderbare Worte and providing serviced services in upscale gastronomy. Janin holds dual Magister degrees in Scandinavian Studies and English from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a secondary degree in History from Technische Universität Berlin, with additional studies completed at the University of Bergen under the Erasmus Program.
