Kelly Francis

Kelly Francis is currently the Vice President, PeopleOps at rater8, where Kelly leads the People Operations function. Prior to this role, Kelly founded kellySUITE, a boutique coaching firm focused on empowering women in their professional and personal journeys. Kelly also has experience as the Head of Talent at MTF Biologics and as a Senior Recruiter & Trainer at T-Mobile. Kelly holds a BA in Oral Communications and Creative Writing from Dowling College.
