Greg Richardson

Greg Richardson is an experienced sales and business development professional with a robust background in the manufacturing and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Ratermann Manufacturing since November 2023, Richardson previously worked as a Business Development Manager at WeldDotCom and ORS Nasco, where significant contributions included pioneering company-wide training programs and creating the first company-wide sales playbook. Richardson also held various sales management roles at ORS Nasco, OKI-Bering Sales, and began a career at UPS, progressing from an Operations Manager to a package center manager while implementing OSHA safety standards. Richardson holds a degree from San Jose State University.
