M Riyan Fauzi

M Riyan Fauzi is currently Unknown role at RateS. Prior to that, they were Logistic Manager (Supply Chain) at JumpStart Coffee from June 2020 to March 2021. M was responsible for creating and monitoring department target that reflected with OKR Company, developing new system and Standard procedure to reach efficiency, ensuring all request from machine and outlet can be delivered on schedule, Applied Warehouse management to avoid expired raw material and discrepancy, closely communication with all department and supplier to solve problem and make it happen all project launch, leading the Forecast of Raw Material to cover demand and target off sales, collaborating with QC and related department to establish and carrying quality control process, leading stock control for the spare part, machine and raw material, analyst production data to fulfill production quota, monitoring 9 vehicles performance and schedule of maintenance, and leading flow process and all activities of warehouse.

Before JumpStart Coffee, they were Warehouse Supervisor at PT Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk from April 2015 to October 2019. M was responsible for a team of warehouse staff in daily operations, planning and organizing inbound/outbound shipments, checking accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments, maintaining warehouse inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff performance, conducting monthly inventory count, maintaining safety standards in the workplace, and developing standard operating procedures for the warehouse.

M began their career as Warehouse and DC Officer at PT. Cipta Krida Bahari from October 2011 to November 2014 where they were responsible for receiving/delivering merchandise from/to customers, managing stock inventory levels, conducting regular stock count, preparing periodic reports on stock levels/movements, overseeing efficient use of storage space and resources in the warehouse, supervising a team of warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards in the workplace, and developing standard operating procedures for the warehouse.

M. Riyan Fauzi has completed a Bachelor's degree in Management from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muhammadiyah Jakarta and a Diploma in Management Transportasi Udara from STP Aviasi. M has also received certification from PT Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk in KAIZEN and SEFT Indonesia in SEFT.
