David Ball

David Ball is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Coaching, Team Performance and Change and Head of Learning and Development at Rathbones Group Plc since December 2021, David has previously held leadership roles at Christie's, Sidley Austin LLP, King & Wood Mallesons, Farrer & Co, BPP, and Olswang. Notably, David was instrumental in global strategy implementation and team leadership during significant organizational changes, including the transition to virtual learning at Christie's. David's academic background includes a Law degree from the University of Hull and a Master's in Business Coaching from Meyler Campbell.
