Santiago Castro Lacroze

Santiago Castro Lacroze has a diverse work experience. Santiago began their career at CNEA as a Becario, where they gained experience in implementing and validating a code for analyzing stainless steel structures using Python. Santiago also developed calculation methodologies for structural analysis. Santiago then worked as an Ingeniero mecánico - Software Engineer at CNEA, where they continued their work on structural analysis and validation using ABAQUS.

Following their time at CNEA, Santiago joined Puna Mining S.A., first as a Responsable de operaciones and later as an Analista de mantenimiento. In these roles, they gained experience in maintenance analysis and overseeing operations.

Currently, Santiago is working at Rather Labs, Inc as a QA Engineer. Santiago is responsible for executing and reporting test cases, coordinating tasks and deadlines, and implementing testing frameworks for internal projects.
