Tom Brewbaker's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Montgomery Biscuits Baseball. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Sales Associate for Sportsman's Warehouse, specializing in the Fishing Department. In 2016, they joined Aerotek as an Engineering Recruiter and Marketing Liaison. Tom was responsible for filling engineering positions for different companies and initiating new marketing strategies. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at C&O Marine as the Manager of Outboard Sales & Marketing, where they focused on creating marketing initiatives and increasing brand awareness. Starting in 2018, they joined Major League Fishing (MLF) and held several positions, including Marketing Coordinator, Manager of Event Operations & Angler Relations, and Manager of Membership Services. Tom managed various aspects of MLF, such as member experiences, tournament recruitment, and sponsor engagement. In 2021, they joined Rather Outdoors as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Tom Brewbaker completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lipscomb University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in History and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Before attending university, Tom graduated from Montgomery Academy in 2011. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Tom also obtained the certification of Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI in September 2019.
