Kai Wozinski has extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as a Research Assistant at The Philipp University of Marburg. From there, they worked as a Project Manager EDI at Centrale für Coorganisation GmbH, followed by roles as a Project Manager for "New Technologies and Systems Integration" at Raab Karcher and a Project Manager Workflow Management at Viag Interkom GmbH. In 2000, they joined DAB Bank AG as a Project Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) before moving on to Group 3G UMTS GmbH as an IT Account Manager CRM. In 2003, they joined Rohde & Schwarz as an IT Manager Marketing and later served as the Head of Corporate Change Management and Top Projects and Manager of Advanced Marketing. Since 2015, Kai Wozinski has been working at RATIONAL AG, initially as the Senior Vice President of Sales Excellence and currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Platforms.

Kai Wozinski completed a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information & Retail Management at The Philipp University of Marburg from 1986 to 1992.
