Eva Karlsson

Eva Karlsson is currently the Director at Ratos, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to their current role, Eva served as the Group President at Armatec from January 2014 to January 2019. Eva has also held board positions at Bräcke Diakoni and Chalmers tekniska högskola.

Eva has a long history of working in the industry, starting their career at Valcon. Eva then spent time at ASSA ABLOY Group before eventually landing at Armatec. Eva has been instrumental in Armatec’s success, leading the company to a turnover of 900 msek and 260 employees.

Eva is a highly skilled leader with a proven track record of success. Eva is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans. Eva is also an excellent communicator, able to build consensus among diverse groups.

Eva Karlsson has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Luleå University of Technology.
