Viviane Sciara

Viviane Sciara is a digital and pedagogical engineer currently serving at RATPgroup, where they also manage the Interface Academies and the Perform programs. With a strong background in human resources, they previously held various roles at RATP from 2012 to 2017, including responsibilities in client interface solutions and training devices. Viviane has also worked as an HR Deputy Director at Kärcher and held roles at Citroën focused on HR studies and project management. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
