Maxence Dulongpont

Maxence Dulongpont has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maxence started their career as a Web Designer at CMSFrance in 2006, where they were responsible for web solutions refactoring and creation. Maxence then worked as an IT Support Technician at STMicroelectronics in 2007. In 2008, they served as an IT Analyst at Perfectis Private Equity.

In 2009, Maxence joined Bouygues Telecom as a Middleware Engineer for multimedia solutions. Maxence later moved to Thales in 2010, where they worked as a System Designer for VHF-based tactical radios. Maxence also had a role as a Middleware Engineer for set-top box solutions at SAGEMCOM in the same year.

Maxence continued their career at Thales in 2011, specializing in software engineering for naval tactical communications and imaging technologies. Maxence then became a System Engineer for tactical communications.

In 2016, Maxence joined RATP Smart Systems as an E-ticketing Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects for two years. Maxence then progressed to the role of ITS Project Manager in 2018. In 2019, they became the Head of embedded software design and development. Currently, they hold the position of the Project Director at RATP Smart Systems since February 2020.

Maxence Dulongpont completed their MBA in Global Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended ECE, Ecole d'ingénieurs, an Engineering School, from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Embedded Systems. In 2009, Maxence briefly studied Electronics and Computer Sciences at Concordia University, and they also had a similar short-term study experience in the same field at Concordia University in 2007.
