Majd Maurad is the current Assistant Head of Sales & Operations at Rattan House. Majd has over five years of experience in sales management, strategic business development, and operations management.

Maurad began their career as a sales manager, responsible for developing a sales plan, setting targets, and tracking results. Majd also oversaw the activities and performance of the sales team, coordinated with marketing on lead generation, and provided ongoing training to the sales team. In their role as operations manager, they were responsible for improving operational management systems and processes, overseeing budgets and forecasting, and performing quality control. Majd also recruited, trained, and supervised teams in different departments. In their role as strategic business development manager, they were responsible for developing growth strategies, managing relationships with existing clients, increasing the client base, and writing business and strategy plans.

Maurad has a deep understanding of business products and value proposition. Majd has successfully negotiated contracts with hospitality clients that have led to new sales opportunities. Majd is well-connected with local and international suppliers which has resulted in the development of new products that follow international trends and standards.

Majd Maurad has a diploma in air cargo from MAMOUN Int’l Corp and a three-year degree in law from Damascus open learning University of Law. Majd also has an airfreight diploma.
